WhopyPay is an independent third-party checkout service. It is not provided, endorsed or approved by Shopify, Whop or PayPal, and it is not affiliated with them.

You are responsible for following the terms and policies of every platform you use with WhopyPay, including Shopify, Whop and PayPal. Those platforms may change their rules at any time, and may review, hold or restrict your accounts. Shopify has its own rules on checkouts that are not provided by Shopify, so please read its current terms before you use WhopyPay.

WhopyPay does not guarantee that any platform will keep your accounts, payouts or store active, or that its rules will stay the same.

Payments are made to the Whop and PayPal accounts that you connect and own. WhopyPay does not hold your funds.
